Outpatient Counseling Services

We offer affordable counseling and psychotherapy for adults, youth, and families. Individual, family, and group counseling are provided during the day, evening, and weekends. We provide the highest standard of care in the provision of psychological services, with therapists who are culturally and linguistically reflective of our diverse community.  Trauma Informed Care practices are used by all of our clinicians.

We accept most insurances and offer a sliding scale for self-pay, based on the ability to pay. Please call our office for more information.

We receive referrals from a wide variety of sources including community professionals, school administrators, employers, teachers, parents, physicians, outside therapists, and (when applicable) self-referrals.

If you or someone you know wants to make a referral or learn more about the Benevolent Family Services, please contact our main office at 757-227-4644.
