Outpatient Counseling Services
We offer affordable counseling and psychotherapy for adults, youth, and families. Individual, family, and group counseling are provided during the day, evening, and weekends. We provide the highest standard of care in the provision of psychological services, with therapists who are culturally and linguistically reflective of our diverse community. Trauma Informed Care practices are used by all of our clinicians.

We accept most insurances and offer a sliding scale for self-pay, based on the ability to pay. Please call our office for more information.
We receive referrals from a wide variety of sources including community professionals, school administrators, employers, teachers, parents, physicians, outside therapists, and (when applicable) self-referrals.

BFS now offers psychiatric services in additional to individual, group, and couples counseling. Our services are provided by licensed clinicians with years of experience with a wide range of issues including serious mental illnesses or change of life issues. Our center works diligently to ensure that safety and quality measures are met.
We also offer telehealth, see your clinician from the safety and comfort of your home. Our center provides true wrap around services to address the whole person.
